Congrats are in order for Tavern Books author Joseph Millar--it was announced today that he's one of 10 North American poets to receive a Guggenheim Fellowship this year. Joseph's Tavern title, Ocean, is simply remarkable. Carnegie Mellon University Press just released his new full-length collection, Blue Rust.Cheers!
